• End to end project management services as per client requirements
• Provision of Project Engineers and Technologists to represent owner’s teams throughout the Project Management cycle.
• Procurement Operational planning and execution on behalf of client on construction projects.
• Establishing technical specifications to guide client’s contractor compliance to Project requirements amongst others including: Human Resourcing, Construction material, Machinery regulations, Safety, Health and Environmental compliance Quality Management and Control.
